Essenza Reverie & Co. Inc. operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Boutique Travel Services, 1919744 Ontario Inc., TICO Registration #50022034.

1. Purpose of This Website

This website provides general information about Essenza Reverie, our travel-planning approach and the services we may offer. Website content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a confirmed reservation, binding travel offer, professional legal advice, financial advice, medical advice or immigration advice.

Submitting an inquiry form, subscribing to our newsletter or scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship or confirm any travel arrangements.

2. Travel Inquiries and Consultations

Information submitted through this website helps us understand your interests and determine whether and how we may assist you.

Initial discussions, destination ideas, sample itineraries and preliminary recommendations are not confirmed bookings. Travel arrangements are confirmed only after all required information, authorizations and payments have been received and written confirmation has been issued through the appropriate booking channel.

You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of your name, dates, destinations, traveller details and other information before authorizing a booking.

3. Prices, Availability and Quotations

Travel prices, promotions, inclusions, taxes, fees, exchange rates and availability may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and any required payment has been processed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices may be quoted in Canadian dollars or another currency identified in the proposal. You are responsible for reviewing the currency, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and applicable terms before authorizing a purchase.

Errors, omissions or outdated information displayed on this website do not create an obligation to honour an incorrect price, description or offer.

4. Travel Suppliers and Host Agency

Travel products and services may be arranged through Boutique Travel Services and provided by independent third parties, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion providers, insurance companies and destination service providers.

These suppliers operate independently and maintain their own terms, conditions, payment requirements, cancellation policies, privacy practices and limitations of liability. Their terms may also apply to your travel arrangements and will prevail with respect to the products or services they provide.

Essenza Reverie does not own, manage or control these independent suppliers and cannot guarantee their performance, availability or uninterrupted operation.

5. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, amendment and refund rights depend on the applicable supplier’s rules, fare conditions and the terms provided at the time of booking. Some travel products may be non-refundable, non-transferable or subject to substantial penalties.

Supplier-imposed fees, cancellation charges and non-refundable amounts remain the traveller’s responsibility. Any professional planning or service fees disclosed and agreed to separately may also be non-refundable once work has begun, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Essenza Reverie cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a refund, credit, date change or exception.

6. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations and any other documents required for their destination, transit points, cruise itinerary and return to Canada or their country of residence.

Entry requirements can change without notice. Travellers should verify current information with the appropriate government authorities and travel suppliers well before departure. A supplier or border authority may deny boarding or entry when documentation is missing, inaccurate or insufficient.

7. Health, Safety and Accessibility

Travellers are responsible for evaluating whether an itinerary, destination or activity is appropriate for their health, mobility, comfort and personal circumstances.

Please disclose accessibility needs, dietary requirements or other relevant considerations early in the planning process. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate requests to suppliers, but we cannot guarantee that a supplier or destination will be able to accommodate every request.

Government advisories, health requirements, weather conditions, political events and local circumstances may change. Travellers should review official travel advisories and seek qualified professional advice when appropriate.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Coverage may include trip cancellation or interruption, emergency medical expenses, baggage loss, delays and other unexpected events, subject to the policy’s terms, exclusions and eligibility requirements.

Declining insurance may expose travellers to significant financial risk. Insurance decisions and coverage questions should be reviewed with a licensed insurance provider. No insurance coverage exists unless a policy has been issued and all required premiums have been paid.

9. Traveller Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, current and accurate information and to communicate promptly when decisions, approvals or payments are required.

Travellers must comply with the laws, regulations and conduct requirements of destinations, carriers and suppliers. Essenza Reverie is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate information, missed deadlines, traveller conduct or failure to comply with documentation and entry requirements.

10. Website Accuracy and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and current. However, travel information changes frequently, and we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, error-free or current.

We may update, suspend or discontinue any portion of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will be free from technical problems, security risks or harmful components.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, branding, layout, graphics and original content on this website belong to Essenza Reverie & Co. Inc. or are used with authorization.
